Fitness has always been a part of my life, but it wasn't until I went on my own personal fitness journey that I discovered a love for gaining muscles and pushing myself harder than ever before. Now, I want to help others achieve their own physical goals and learn to love their bodies. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain strength, or just feel better about yourself, I'm here to guide you through the process.
Writing As a teenager, books were a way to escape to different lands, meet different creatures and be the heroine. Taking my love for Sci-Fi and my international upbringing I am creating a story to about opposite individuals that share the same origin story which gives them a sixth sense; one can sense someone's death, the other someone's intent for murder. (coming soon)
A sliver of my story
At 8 years old, I found myself stepping onto a 12 hour flight to Tianjin, China. I was excited to move to a new country and school. Fast forward to when I am 18 and graduating from Tianjin International School where I spent the last 10 years. I attended Biola University receiving a Bachelor's in Sociology with no idea what to do with my life. Both my parents and other people had mention several times that I should go into teaching so after a few years of terrible office jobs I found myself working on a Masters of Elementary Education. This is where I believe I can make a difference in a few lives and help students be more globally minded. However, I do want to do more in this world. So let's see where life will take me.
